Return Policy
By ordering from Kingmascot, you agree to be bound by our Return Policy. Please read this policy completely before placing your order with us.
Before you place your order
o If your order is time sensitive, please make us aware of your deadline by including it in the comments field while placing your order.
o Kingmascot is not responsible for late delivery. Once a package has been shipped, the customer receiving delivery takes responsibility for the package.
o Kingmascot is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as (but not limited to) natural disasters, snow storms and other weather events.
We need to return a new, unworn, unaltered item.
o If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 3 days from the time you received it and get your order refund. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and any shipping charges are not refundable, that means we have to deduct the shipping from the refund.
o Costumes must be returned in new, resellable condition with all pieces and parts, including the original packaging and header.
o Kingmascot reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of any items for any reason at any time.
o You are responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.
o All returns are inspected by the returns department and refunds are issued according to Kingmascot’ discretion.

We need to return an incorrect or damaged item.
o If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you must report the error within ONE BUSINESS DAY of receiving your package (i.e., if you receive your package on Friday, you must report the problem by the following Monday)
o In the case that the return is a result of our error, Kingmascot will issue a full refund or ship a replacement, depending upon the situation.
o All returns are inspected by the returns department and refunds are issued according to Kingmascot’ discretion.

How to return an item:
o To initiate your return, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
o Your order number
o The reason for return
o All returns must be received in new and resellable condition in their original packaging. Returns will be inspected and must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund:
o Free of odors, hair, perfumes, dirt, and otherwise clean
o Unworn, unused, and unaltered
o All pieces and parts must be included, including the cardboard header and the plastic bag
o Costume accessories and Halloween props must be returned unopened, in their original packaging (see non-returnable items)
o Any items that do not meet these conditions will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.*

o Shipping is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
All the cancellation should be done within 24hours to make sure the cancellation for a full refund is available. Beyond the time limit of 24hours, extra fees which values 20% of the order's cost will apply to cancellations even if the order has not been shipped. For those orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.
